• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and respond to questions and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and take initiative to find appropriate solutions.
• Create eyewear products with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and supportive store environment.
• Participate in staff meetings to improve customer service, store operations, and sales performance.
• Train and support less experienced team members and lead by example.
• Adjust, fit, and assemble eyeglasses to meet each customer’s needs.
• Promote high service standards and help exceed customer expectations.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ABO Certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and move around the sales floor or stockroom for most of the day.
