Selling Supervisor - Valley

Summary

The Selling Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for growing brand awareness, developing business, and leading a team focused on delivering an outstanding client experience. The role supports store operations and the implementation of company programs and policies while acting as a positive role model for store personnel. In the absence of senior management the Supervisor will temporarily assist with store management responsibilities and decision making.

• Assist management to achieve store sales targets and maximize profitability through effective supervision of the store team.
• Implement company programs, policies and procedures to ensure consistent brand standards.
• Act as a positive role model and brand ambassador, representing and supporting Diesel values.
• Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills across visual merchandising and operations as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Provide short-term store management support in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Perform omnichannel services and initiatives to support the customer experience across channels.
