Lens Crafters in the San Jose area is seeking a Team Lead to elevate customer service in-store and oversee key optical and lab processes. You will mentor sales associates, assist customers with selections and fit, and serve as an alternate store key holder.
In the lab role (if applicable) you will support eyewear fitting, ensure quality, and maintain lab tools and safety standards. HS diploma required; strong optical and retail experience a must.
