Boutique Manager - Valley

Summary

The Boutique Manager leads daily boutique operations with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving sales. This role coaches and develops staff, manages operational standards, and supports the Boutique Director in executing business strategy. The manager leverages product knowledge and market awareness to forecast, plan, and meet boutique goals.

• Drive sales and exceed goals through clienteling, prospecting, and long-term relationship building
• Evaluate team performance and provide ongoing coaching and action plans to improve service and selling
• Manage daily operations per company standards, including staffing, payroll, and operational tasks
• Monitor market competition and watch trends to inform merchandising and selling strategies
• Support recruitment and retention efforts and serve as a leader within the boutique
• Develop and cascade product knowledge to the broader team to ensure a luxury client experience

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably in luxury retail
• Current knowledge of watch trends and marketplace competition
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
