Summary

Lead the Fragrance & Beauty boutique at Valley Fair, overseeing all operations, team development, and the client experience. Serve as the ultimate decision maker for the boutique and drive sales through product, services, and local events. Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture focused on personalized service and business growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop boutique staff, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Drive sales performance and KPIs across in-store and  channels, and develop local business initiatives and events.
• Manage boutique operations including inventory levels, staff scheduling, expense monitoring, and weekly performance reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising, brand image standards, and a hygienic client experience at all times.
• Handle client escalations and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales service.
• Support loss prevention, cash controls, physical security, and risk management procedures.

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to develop and coach teams.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for extended periods; flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and drive measurable results.
• Foreign language skills preferred and passion for the brand and client-centric service.
