Job Purpose

The Associate - Retail Sales will be responsible for maximizing store revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and building lasting customer relationships, while serving as a brand ambassador committed to professionalism and integrity.

• Warmly welcome customers and build genuine relationships to understand their jewelry preferences and create personalized shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewelry items, confidently guiding customers through selections while highlighting product features and craftsmanship.
• Drive sales by effectively upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs, current promotions, new product launches, and in-store campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer experience by cultivating a personal client base, managing after-sales support, and following up to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care, promptly escalating to the Store Manager if required.

• Ensure all jewelry displays are clean, visually appealing, and securely arranged to maintain a premium in-store presentation.
• Assist with daily stock audits, documentation of incoming and outgoing stock, and reconciliation of physical counts with system records.
• Provide regular updates to the Store Manager on stock transfers and inventory replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth operations.
• Support coordination of jewelry repairs, custom orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
• Follow high-value inventory handling and security procedures, including display controls and safe storage, to minimize loss and ensure asset protection.

• Adhere to all Company SOPs and local regulatory requirements, including anti-theft protocols, opening and closing checklists, and safety standards.
• Comply with applicable AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and customer identification procedures for high-value transactions, as required by Company policy and law.
• Follow Company safety procedures, incident reporting protocols, and emergency response guidelines, promptly escalating incidents to the Store Manager.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the POS and CRM systems.
• Submit daily sales reports to the Store Manager, highlighting customer feedback, fast- and slow-moving stock, and operational challenges.
• Actively participate in performance reviews and training sessions, as advised by the Store Manager, to support continuous development.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in at least one Indian regional language is preferred, based on the customer demographics and business needs of the store.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on business requirements.
• Salary Range: $22 - $24 per hour for experienced candidates and $ 21 per hour for freshers
