direction, and keeping things moving. You spot what the store needs before anyone asks, from
filling stock to actioning store priorities, and you make smart calls that lift the customer
experience and support strong results. You take on key holder responsibilities with confidence,
helping open or close the store safely and keeping everything running smoothly. You bring
energy, pride, and a steady presence that the team can rely on, and you champion Our Way
and the Foundation so everyone understands the impact we make. Whether it’s a busy
Saturday or a quiet morning setup, you show up ready to lead the floor and get things done.
