Summary
The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales across in-store and online channels. The role builds customer relationships, supports product knowledge, and maintains an engaging merchandise presentation.
Responsibilities- Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients through effective use of technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Lead and support Beauty Advisors in providing welcoming service and product knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
