Operations Associate

Provide efficient operational support across store functions, including shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, repairs, and administrative duties. Help maintain an elevated customer experience while supporting store efficiency, inventory accuracy, and asset protection.

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
• Assess store procedures and recommend ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate supply replenishment.
• Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved promptly and accurately.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures, and coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory, and sales documents, invoices, and related paperwork.

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Collaborative team player who can support all departments and demonstrate respect for the product.
• Computer skills are preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to move throughout the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office; lift up to 30 pounds; climb a ladder; and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
