Summary
The Fine Jewelry Sales Associate guides customers through an engaging in-store and online shopping experience. The role builds lasting client relationships through gracious service, fashion knowledge, styling, and product expertise.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, enjoyable shopping experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and sharing loyalty program benefits.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and store operations.
- Follow asset protection standards and keep jewelry cases and merchandise secure.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
