About The Role
This is a founding sales role, sitting on a newly created team responsible for launching and scaling a next-generation agentic AI product.
You’ll be part of the first cohort of sellers, helping define how autonomous AI is sold into enterprise and high-volume hiring environments. This is an inside sales role (phone + Zoom), selling nationwide, with minimal travel.
This team acts as the front door for new AI products, with a clear internal path into Enterprise and Strategic sales for top performers.
About The Product
You will sell a standalone, agentic AI solution—not traditional SaaS.
This AI functions as a fully autonomous recruiting agent, capable of:
- Sourcing candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating next steps
- Supporting hiring decisions at scale
It is already being used by large, recognizable employers to hire high-volume, frontline roles across the U.S. This is true AI-native technology, not an incremental feature layered onto legacy software.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Deal sizes start at $50K minimum, with many deals in the six-figure range
- Average sales cycles of 30–60 days (some faster)
- High-velocity, high-volume motion with real enterprise impact
- Strong inbound + outbound mix as the category rapidly expands
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6-24 months of full-cycle, closing experience
- Proven ability to run deals end-to-end
- Bachelor’s degree required, GPA of 3.5+ highly preferred
- Sales experience in a high-growth, early-stage AI organization.
- Strong communication skills and comfort explaining technical concepts
- Curious, competitive, resilient, and excited by AI/passionate about AI
