Interact with hundreds of customers  online, over the phone and in person  to guide their vehicle purchase in our no-haggle sales environment;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answering questions and providing information;
Guide customers effectively from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional customer service;
Close the deal by negotiating terms to meet budgets and lifestyle needs;
Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience
