Part Time Brand Ambassador

The Opportunity

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations.

Part‑time role requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends. Expected 20‑25 hours per week.

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives.
• Capture high‑quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce).
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing).
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
• Refer high‑potential leads to Sales Specialists.
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey.
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration.
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity).
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists.
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready.
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests).
• Support day‑to‑day studio operations as needed.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience in a customer‑facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.).
• Patience, professionalism, adaptability in a dynamic retail setting.
• Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand.

• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check (including criminal records) is a condition of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable.

Base Pay Range: $25–$25 per hour.
