JETSET Pilates is seeking Studio Leads who are dynamic team members responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting instructors. Studio Leads answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and maintain a welcoming front desk and lobby.
They assist with opening/closing duties, stay up-to-date on policies and pricing, greet clients, recruit and retain members, sell memberships and class packages, and help with CRM (AXLE) usage while keeping the studio clean.
