Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA

Work Style: On-site

Salary: Up to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications

A growing technology company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Sales Manager to support sales growth, key customer accounts, and coordination with overseas teams.

The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a technical background. Semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not required.

• Develop and manage sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of revenue goals
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Conduct customer visits and field sales activities with technical team members
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Coordinate repair and service-related requests with customers and internal teams
• Arrange on-site technical support as needed
• Supervise and support a sales assistant with daily sales activities
• Coordinate projects and communication with overseas teams
• Prepare meeting minutes, customer requirements, project summaries, and related documentation
• Support customer compliance requirements and internal coordination

• Native-level English and business-level Japanese
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Semiconductor industry experience preferred
• Candidates from other technical industries may also be considered
• Strong communication, account management, and organizational skills
• Experience supervising or supporting team members is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and international stakeholders

• Primarily office-based work
• Local customer visits may occur several times per week
• Domestic travel approximately 1-2 times per quarter
• International travel approximately once per year
• Occasional non-technical support duties may be assigned
