About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished sales professional to expand Silergy's footprint within the Data Center market across the U.S. West Coast. The ideal candidate will combine experience at leading semiconductor companies with a proven track record of driving growth in both established and high-growth organizations. This individual will bring strategic vision and hands‑on execution to drive design‑ins, secure design wins, and deliver sustained revenue growth.

In this position, the Senior Sales Executive will develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and position Silergy as a trusted semiconductor partner for next‑generation high‑performance compute, AI, and data center infrastructure platforms.

Daily responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, positioning Silergy's power management and analog semiconductor solutions, coordinating technical discussions with customer engineering teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial agreements. The role also involves building long‑term executive and engineering relationships, managing sales forecasts, reporting pipeline activity, and collaborating with field applications engineering, product marketing, and product management to align customer requirements with Silergy's product roadmap.

Success in this position will be measured by new design wins, revenue growth, market share expansion, and the development of long‑term strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for major Data Center customers across the U.S. West Coast.
  • Drive design-in activities and secure design wins for Silergy's power management, analog, and mixed‑signal semiconductor solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering, procurement, supply chain, product management, and executive stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities across your account base and increase overall pipeline.
  • Lead commercial engagements, including pricing, quotations, contract negotiations, and long‑term business agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with field applications engineers, product marketing, and engineering teams to develop winning future products and ensure roadmap alignment.
  • Manage customer forecasts, pipeline development, revenue opportunities, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor technology trends and emerging opportunities within high-performance computing, Data Center, and AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Experience selling power management ICs or related semiconductor solutions.
  • Proven success securing design‑ins and design wins with Data Center customers in the U.S. is required.
  • Strong understanding of Data Center and AI infrastructure platforms, and power delivery systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical and commercial decisions at both the component and system levels.
  • Experience developing strategic relationships with engineering and procurement teams within large technology organizations.
  • Experience working in both large, established companies and fast‑growing organizations where adaptability, ownership, and resourcefulness are essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute long‑term account strategies while delivering near‑term revenue growth.
  • Willingness to spend 50% of working time in front of customers, driving business development, design‑in activities, and design wins.
