The Sales Associate drives sales and provides an elevated client experience at the Valley Fair store. The role combines product and styling expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
- Deliver welcoming service, share product knowledge and styling expertise, and support clients throughout their shopping journey.
- Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Maintain an organized, guest-ready sales floor and stockroom, and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures and remain open to feedback and learning.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for the brand and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
