Director / Senior Sales Leader – NAND Memory & Enterprise Storage
Job Location – Santa Clara, CA 95054 – Hybrid Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director / Senior Sales Leader with a strong, proven background in NAND Flash Memory, Enterprise SSDs, NVMe, Data Center Storage, Semiconductor Solutions, and Hyperscale Infrastructure
.
The ideal candidate will have an established network across Enterprise, OEM, Cloud, Hyperscale, Data Center, and AI Infrastructure accounts and a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, develop strategic partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic sales and business-development initiatives across NAND, SSD, and enterprise storage markets.
- Develop and execute regional/global Go-to-Market (GTM) and revenue-growth strategies.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise, OEM, hyperscale, cloud, and data-center customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing strategic accounts.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through negotiation and closure.
- Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and executive teams to align customer requirements with storage solutions.
- Develop strategic partnerships across the semiconductor and storage ecosystem.
- Monitor competitive, technology, and market trends across NAND, NVMe, SSD, AI/HPC, and next-generation data-center infrastructure
.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales/business-development experience within Semiconductor, NAND Flash, SSD, Enterprise Storage, Data Center, or related technology markets.
