Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests at a retail mall location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Operate the dispatch post by monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, answering phones, logging activity, and coordinating radio communications for officers and site personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gather key details, and notify appropriate site contacts and/or public responders as directed;
Dispatch officers to calls for service such as disturbances, medical situations, lost and found reports, and tenant or guest assistance requests, and document actions taken in required reports;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location and shift
