Security Officer Patrol Assistant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities throughout the retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public emergency services when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or potential maintenance concerns, and document observations according to site procedures.;
Assist with emergency response activities, crowd management, and/or directional support during busy periods, special events, and other location needs.
