Job Schedule- Mon: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
- Thur: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
- Fri: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
- Sat: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
- Sun: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a commercial real estate location.
- Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls, alarms, and/or service requests, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Coordinate routine and urgent responses by relaying accurate information to on‑site staff, property contacts, and/or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, activity records, and other dispatch documentation to support site operations and security‑related response efforts.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism while helping to deter issues through timely communication, observation, and adherence to post orders.
- A minimum of 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
