Security Guard Patrol Deterrence Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, amenities, and other community areas, verify access when appropriate, and document routine activities, unusual conditions, and incident details in accordance with site policies;
Support a welcoming residential environment by assisting with directions, answering questions, and communicating professionally with residents, visitors, vendors, and/or first responders
