Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and high-traffic areas within the location, helping to support authorized entry and a professional environment;
Assist with retail and business location operations by answering questions, providing directions, and supporting security-related responses to alarms, medical calls, and/or other service needs
