Garda World Security Services is Now Hiring a Security Supervisor / Patrol Officer - High Rise Complex!
Must be 21 years old, have a minimum of one year recent corporate security supervisor experience, and possess an active driver's license.

Schedule:
Full‑time, 32 hours per week- (A) Saturday / Sunday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- (B) Monday / Tuesday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
- Competitive hourly wage: (A) $34/hour, (B) $28/hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

- Lead day‑to‑day supervisor operations, including training new officers, conducting post checks, and scheduling to ensure zero dark posts
- Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors
- Manage access control
- Represent Garda World as the premier provider of security services, ensuring high standards
- Respond to operational emergencies, ensure timely response, communication, and accurate reporting
- Direct, supervise, and support shift officers
- Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client staff and act as liaison between Garda World, client, and assigned staff
- Maintain zero safety incident goal while fostering a robust safety culture and program appropriate to the operating environment
- Initiate corrective action and discipline of subordinate officers (up to formal warnings) and participate in disciplinary decisions up to and including termination
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
- State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional trainings obtainable during hiring)
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Documentation of high school diploma or GED
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum one year recent corporate security supervisor experience
- Active driver's license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
- Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage
Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
