Security Officer Experienced Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts;
Support access control, crowd management, and closing procedures as needed while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
