Security Officer Patrol Operations Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, data areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious behavior according to site protocols;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and support Allied Universal and site leadership with observations related to daily operations, property conditions, and/or security-related concerns
