Job DescriptionSecurity Guard Full Time Driving Role Patrol in Santa Clara, CA – as an unarmed patrol officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to reduce security‑related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and communication.

What You’ll Do- Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and assist with directing visitors and deliveries in alignment with protocols and privacy expectations.
- Report hazards, unusual behavior, and maintenance issues, following Allied Universal standards and client‑service expectations.
- At least 6 months of security‑related experience.
- Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions, per Allied Universal driver policy).
- Alarm panel experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- State, county, or city issued security‑related license preferred.
- Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required.
- Drug screen, as permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws.
