Mon – Sun: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and support visitor processing for a technology-focused location with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations by completing logs, incident reports, and other assigned security-related documentation, while communicating clearly with team members and site representatives.

• A minimum of 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• A current guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
