Security Officer Scheduled Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property rules, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout shopping areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor entrances, storefront corridors, and high-traffic areas to help deter unauthorized activity, assist with access-related concerns, and support a professional atmosphere at the location;
Communicate with management, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed while following Allied Universal protocols and client-directed post procedures
