Security Officer Full Time Bicycle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly while maintaining a professional presence in a high-traffic retail environment
