Site Manager
The Site Manager will oversee daily operations at a specific location or account and protect all company assets. Provides leadership for the assigned area; ensures delivery of quality services; manages operations efficiently and effectively to achieve service and profitability objectives. The Site Manager may also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents. Coaches, trains, and develops employees.
Promotes client and employee retention initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Interviews, hires, and trains security staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.
- Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.
- Conducts no notice job site visits and site checks to ensure security staff are dressed in proper attire, conducts themselves in accordance of post orders, and understand their job requirements.
- Conducts job site safety checks and Triumph vehicle inspections.
- Initiates employee disciplinary action reports and reports of employee commendations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with clients; evaluates service quality and initiates corrective action, as necessary.
- Represents Triumph Protection Group management and core values of security, service, and excellence for assigned account. Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
- Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
- Ensures scheduling is handled effectively to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs; reviews site reports to ensure post orders and client directions have been followed.
- Recruits, selects, orients, trains, and develops high caliber staff in collaboration with Area management; plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches' employees to enhance skills; carries out disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
- Where government projects are involved, serves as a liaison to government agencies concerning project security; assists with security clearance processing for employees working on government classified programs.
- Maintains Driver's License required to drive company vehicles.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must be able to work on site
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
- Possess current guard card and training certifications as required by the State.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
- Use of computer and spreadsheet software.
- Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.

- Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and controlled substance testing.
- Ability to hand multiple tasks concurrently.
- Regular use of vehicle in the performance of duties, must be able to pass our insurances requirements to drive a company vehicle.
