Bozzuto is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Santa Clara to ensure the reliable operation of the property’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems. You’ll lead troubleshooting, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours, including some weekends and on-call shifts.
Requires 2–5 years’ experience, HVAC/EPA certification preferred, strong communication and computer skills, and reliable transportation.
