Position Title: Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining various equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Candidates will encounter challenges such as managing order requests and minimizing downtime through hands-on repairs. The role requires a proactive individual who can work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Salary Range: $35.00 - $50.00 / Hour DOE

• Troubleshoot and maintain chemical tanks, ventilation systems, pumps, compressed air systems, water systems, and temperature-controlled equipment
• Perform basic electrical repairs including lights, outlets, and switches
• Conduct plumbing repairs on faucets, toilets, drains, and valves
• Handle general mechanical repairs and building maintenance
• Maintain rooftop HVAC and ventilation equipment
• Complete and document preventive maintenance and inspections
• Oversee outside contractors when necessary

• Strong experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• At least 5-10 years of maintenance experience
• Strong electrical experience is required
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in word processing software
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in the metal finishing industry is preferred
