Our client, a leader in Facilities & Engineering support, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Facilities & Engineering department supporting maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$40 to $45 per hour

• Perform routine building rounds to inspect utility equipment and mechanical rooms
• Monitor operational parameters using Building Automation Systems (BAS) and gauges
• Assist in preventative maintenance and emergency troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors on water system testing and treatment
• Document all work performed accurately in maintenance logs and CMMS

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training in HVAC or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience with large‑scale utility systems
• Mechanical skills and understanding of systems such as boilers, chillers, and HVAC
• Experience with vendor management and maintenance operations
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
