Community-Centric Call Center Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Taking incoming calls to assist with questions and provide information
• Data entry of information in the database
• Providing referrals to other services when needed
• Reporting in MS Office
• Daily interaction with the team to provide excellent communication

Hours are M-F 8AM-5PM and we are hiring immediately, please apply today.
