Bill Wilson Center in Santa Clara, CA seeks a THPP Life Skills Coach to support up to 6 male foster youth in an overnight THPP home. Under supervision of the Program Manager, you will guide youth toward self-sufficiency, develop life skills, and provide consistent coaching and care during overnight shifts.
Responsibilities include orientation, progress planning, trauma-informed care, documentation in AWARDS, safety, and collaboration with staff to address each youth's needs and goals.
