Overview
This role focuses on validating products through systematic testing, ensuring high-quality standards across hardware, software, and firmware layers. The engineer will work on automation, diagnostics, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

- Validate products by developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze logs and failures across HW, SW, and FW; propose debugging and mitigation strategies.
- Improve testing strategies, tools, and processes to enhance product quality.
- Leverage AI tools to support and optimize automation processes.
- Develop new automation to improve code coverage and achieve near 100% automation.
- Build OS, system-level, and test automation scripts and tools.
- Develop, modify, and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Document test results for debugging and GPU modification support.
- Provide root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Prepare clear and detailed technical reports.
- Strong knowledge of x86, ARM architectures.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows OS internals.
- Experience with firmware such as UEFI, BIOS and BMC.
- Knowledge of platform security concepts.
- Experience in test automation, scripting, and system-level automation.
- Hands-on experience in test development, firmware development, or software engineering.
- Ability to enhance automation coverage and efficiency.
- Familiarity with hardware components, devices, peripherals, and drivers.
- Experience with Linux and Windows administration.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and system imaging (bare metal and virtual machines).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
- Alternatively, minimum 2 years of relevant QA experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in test development, firmware development, automation, or software engineering.
- Experience architecting diagnostics for complex server systems, especially at the HW, SW interface.
- Strong experience executing test plans and interpreting results.
- Ability to build PCs including assembly, setup, and installation.
- Experience in developing strong QA processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
