AboutThe Role
Join our Silicon Validation Team as a High-Speed I/O (HSIO) Validation Engineer where you will drive the development of innovative validation strategies for state‑of‑the‑art interfaces and protocols, directly contributing to the best‑in‑class quality of our high‑performance processor products. You'll work with in a team that champions camaraderie, a questioning validation mindset, and data‑driven decisions. This role provides invaluable opportunity to work on end‑to‑end validating solutions.
WhatYou’ll Achieve
- Develop, and debug baremetal silicon validation tests on both emulator and physical silicon.
- Design and implement robust automated test frameworks and Python‑driven regression suites to enhance validation efficiency.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of test results, perform root cause debugging of failures, and generate detailed reports.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive the adoption of best practices and continuous improvements in validation methodologies.
- Solid C programming skills for baremetal validation.
- Deep experience with PCIe‑HSIO, UCIe, and Chip‑to‑Chip / Die‑to‑Die interconnect architectures.
- Highly skilled in Python for scripting and automation.
- Exceptional debugging capabilities.
- Expertise in failure analysis methodologies.
- Proven test case development expertise.
- Additional skills highly desired: DDR Experience, CPU / ARM Architectures.
Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience.

The full base pay range for this role is between $129,000 and $194,000.
