Senior Software Development Engineer - CAD Infrastructure

Join NVIDIA's CAD team and play a pivotal role in developing and supporting tools integral to our semiconductor products. • Architect highly automated and customizable flows using software engineering with modular designs and object-oriented techniques.
• Collaborate closely with our diverse team members to upscale methodologies for industry-leading chip builds.
• Develop tools using C++ and Python, ensuring flawless integration and execution.
• Engage cross-disciplinary with VLSI organizations to identify and determine future challenges for successful implementation.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• A BE, BTech, or MTech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven knowledge or experience with PnR flows and familiarity with Verilog, VLSI, and ASIC development principles, including logic cells.
• Strong software engineering skills, including software design, algorithms, and QA.
• Extensive experience in Python and C++ programming.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLM, and AI Code Generation is a plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to thrive in our collaborative environment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4, and $196,000 - $310,500 for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
