Overview
As a Senior Engineer for Networking Control services, you will spearhead the development of innovative services in the Networking Automation & Health domain. This initiative involves building a robust software stack from the ground up to monitor and manage network infrastructure, automatically resolve network issues, and ensure high bandwidth with low latency connections essential for LLM workloads.
Responsibilities- Build and operate a suite of massive‑scale, distributed cloud services in a multi‑tenant environment.
- Design and develop software that monitors network infrastructure and automatically resolves issues.
- Ensure high‑bandwidth, low‑latency connectivity for large language model (LLM) workloads.
- Own software design and development for major components of the Networking Control services.
- Implement distributed system architecture that is scalable, resilient, and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team in an agile environment to deliver production‑ready services.
- Communicate trade‑offs and decisions to stakeholders and drive execution.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field involving coding or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of total experience in software development.
- Demonstrated ability to write great code using Java, GoLang, C#, or similar OO languages.
- Proven ability to deliver products and experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience working on large‑scale, highly distributed services infrastructure.
- Experience working in an operational environment with mission‑critical tier‑one livesite servicing.
- Systematic problem‑solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.
- Experience designing architectures that demonstrate deep technical depth in one area, or span many products, to enable high availability, scalability, market‑leading features and flexibility to meet future business demands.
- Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining services on a public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) languages, preferably Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and No
SQL). - Experience with Kafka, Apache Spark and other big data technologies.
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $79,200 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
