About NVIDIA’s Data Center Platforms

NVIDIA data center platforms/solutions, such as DGX, MGX, HGX and PCIe, combine NVIDIA GPUs, NVLink Fabric, Infini Band, Ethernet networking, ARM CPUs, and an optimized AI and HPC software stack. We’re seeking a strong technology leader to manage NVIDIA’s server solutions TPM team, acting as the bridge between execution and strategy.

• Lead a team of Senior TPMs driving impactful programs and delivering measurable results across firmware and software for deep learning server platforms.
• Facilitate technical interactions with internal NPI and sustaining engineering teams, and collaborate with product management and hardware engineering.
• Build and maintain a feedback loop between sustaining engineering and NPI teams, understanding new platforms and guiding release planning in alignment with hardware schedules.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and propagate SDLC standard processes across multiple engineering and TPM teams.
• Interact with diverse technical groups across all organizational levels.

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 8+ overall years developing and leading complex low‑level or system software projects and 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with server software, system software/firmware and compute server architecture.
• Strong multitasking ability and proven record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the capability to achieve objectives under fast‑paced timelines.
• Demonstrated people‑management, mentoring skills and a track record of building cohesive teams.
• Experience with sophisticated, multi‑node system software for accelerators such as GPUs, DPUs, or FPGAs, in addition to CPUs.
• Willingness to take ownership of a program when necessary.

• Prior management or senior management experience leading engineering or program management teams.
• Deep understanding of system‑level architecture, including topologies, interconnects, memory hierarchy, interrupts, memory‑mapped IO, networking and storage.
• Strong software engineering principles, enterprise system architecture knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience coordinating activities between hardware, firmware, and software application organizations.

Base salary range: 200,000 USD – 322,000 USD, based on location, experience and comparable positions. Eligible for equity and additional benefits.
