Cloud Software Intern, GeForce - Fall

We are looking for a Cloud Software Intern to join the highly skilled engineers that bring GeForce NOW to life.

• Drive and architect GeForce NOW cloud services and frameworks that support millions of gamers.
• Design, build and implement scalable cloud‑based systems for SaaS/PaaS.
• Work closely with other teams on new products or features and improvements of existing products.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality.

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot building RESTful web services.
• Proven understanding of cloud design in the areas of virtualization and global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing and security.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containers.

• Previous usage of Kubernetes and Prometheus.
• Exposure to AWS services such as Fargate, EC2, IAM, ECR, EKS, Route 53, etc.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Experience with Redis or Memcached.
• Usage of pub/sub models and message queues.
• Familiarity with No
  
  SQL databases such as Cassandra.

• Hourly rate ranging from 20 USD to 71 USD, based on location, year in school, degree and experience.
