Sr. Software Development Engineer - AWS Networking , SIDR

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing network control plane software for highly scaled networks, using SDN and traditional routing/switching solutions.
• Working with management, customers and development team to develop state of the art solutions, incorporating new technologies, algorithms and innovations.
• Help onboard and mentor new team members.

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations experience.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design.
