Lead Mendix Developer

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development with 12+ years of software development experience
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications
Good To Have
Skills:
- Mendix “Advanced Developer Certification” or “Expert Developer Certification” is preferred
Job Description:
- Design and develop Mendix applications, following internal best practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Customize and extend Mendix functionality using widgets, microflows, and JavaScript actions
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure code quality.
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure proper unit testing and resolve any reported defects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Mendix applications.
- Stay up to date with the latest Mendix features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Be the Technical lead from IT and interact with business
- Manage the team assigned and ensure proper delivery
- Responsible for deliverables to senior IT leadership as well as to the business users
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix application development with 12+ years of software development experience
- Prior experience in leading projects and team assigned
- Mendix “Advanced Developer Certification” or “Expert Developer Certification” is preferred
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating and working in onsite-offshore model
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
- Discrete manufacturing experience is a plus
