Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now UI Builder Lead for an urgent onsite engagement with our client in Santa Clara, CA. This role requires a strong technical leader with hands‑on expertise in Service Now development and modern UI frameworks. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Lead UI development initiatives leveraging Service Now UI Builder
- Design and develop scalable Service Now solutions using best practices
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions
- Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
- Guide and mentor junior developers on Service Now technologies
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Service Now development.
Strong Expertise in:- UI Builder
- Script Includes
- Service Portal
- Service Now scripting
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- AngularJS and/or React
- Flow Designer
- Integration Hub
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Service Catalog
Service Now certifications such as CSA and/or CAD.
Experience working with:- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- Now Assist (GenAI capabilities)
- Agentic AI solutions
