What you’ll be doing- Build a strategy for growing usage and scaling existing customers while crafting features that delight new customers.
- Create inventive and noteworthy user experiences that align long-term strategies with product goals and company vision.
- Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations, and management of the service.
- Deliver both feature and service "ilities" (availability, scalability, maintainability) while making informed and accurate trade-offs among competing priorities.
- Partner closely with peer organizations, including software development teams, to continually improve service reliability using strong engineering processes, tools, and strategies.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent program from an accredited university/college (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ overall years of software development experience or equivalent; 5+ years leading a software engineering team.
- Hands‑on experience designing, prototyping, building, and running best‑of‑breed cloud services (SaaS; large‑scale distributed systems).
- Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
- Strong self‑initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts.
- Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies is strongly preferred.
- Passionate perfectionist with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Out‑of‑the‑box thinking for creative solutions to highly sticky problems.
- Enthusiastic teammate who enjoys challenges and celebrates success.
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD – 431,250 USD for Level4, and 320,000 USD – 488,750 USD for Level
5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA offers competitive salaries and a generous benefits package.
