Software Project Mgr/ Lead, Software Engineer
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and grow a team of highly skilled engineers.
- Drive development of NvSci technology for next generation automotive and other Embedded applications.
- Apply and invent processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules
- Directly collaborate with other groups to align technology development with NVIDIA goals
- BS or MS degree in EE/CS/CE or equivalent experience
- 8+ overall years of software development and 3+ years of management experience
- Effective written and verbal communication regardless of audience or problem complexity
- Organizational skills to lead projects and drive software development with a matrix team of globally distributed engineers
- Experience with mentorship and developing engineering staff
- Embedded Software development background
- Previous Agile experience, especially with distributed teams and matrix projects
- Prior leadership of rapidly growing teams
- Experience with industrial quality standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
