Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Now UI Builder Lead for an urgent onsite engagement with our client in Santa Clara, CA. This role requires a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise in Service Now development and modern UI frameworks. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UI development initiatives leveraging Service Now UI Builder
Design and develop scalable Service Now solutions using best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
Guide and mentor junior developers on Service Now technologies
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in Service Now development
Strong expertise in:
UI Builder
Script Includes
Service Portal
Proficiency in:
Service Now scripting
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
AngularJS and/or React
Experience with :
Flow Designer
Integration Hub
Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Service Catalog
Preferred Qualifications
Service Now certifications such as CSA and/or CAD
Experience working with:
Customer Service Management (CSM)
Now Assist (GenAI capabilities)
Agentic AI solutions
