Sr Service Now Developer

Need UI portal and Service Portal and Playbook Experience

Job Description:

• Strong understanding of Service Now products.
• Developing and implementing new Service Now applications
• Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Create/Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/Boot Strap/Angular
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of Service Now and its applications
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in Service Now.
• Participate in problem-solving during Service Now development, testing and production.

Technical Abilities and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 8+ years of strong experience of software development experience and at least 2+ years of experience in Service Now applications development and implementation of Service Now IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or Sec Ops.
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between Service Now and other customer business systems.
• Create/Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in deploying and validating Service Now patches/updates and new versions of the platform
