What the role actually is

Collaborative Robotics is hiring a senior TPM for the software behind Proxie. The scope includes autonomy, localization, perception, navigation, robot behaviors, and fleet management across current and future robot generations.

The role is close to product development even though the title is program management. It connects software, hardware, customer operations, and leadership around robot capabilities that need to work in human spaces.

• Plan and track software programs for Proxie's autonomy stack and fleet systems
• Coordinate work across software, hardware, customer operations, and company leadership
• Drive decisions, dependencies, and risk resolution for current and future robot releases
• Help translate customer-facing robot needs into executable software plans

• Technical program management experience with complex software or robotics programs
• Ability to work across autonomy, robot behavior, platform, and fleet-management teams
• Strong planning, communication, and issue-resolution skills
• Comfort operating onsite with cross-functional robot product teams

Collaborative Robotics is building around human-robot interaction rather than isolated automation cells. This seat is a practical way into that problem: making the software roadmap for a social, mobile robot coherent enough to ship.
